Waterproofing, Inc. of New Brighton was established in 1970 to provide dampproofing services to builders in the Twin City area. By 1976, we were installing waterproofing systems on Earth Sheltered Structures, which was the rage in the mid 70's through the mid 80's and presented a new challenge to waterproofing operations.

In 1980, Waterproofing Inc. began to provide services to the commercial waterproofing market in the Twin City area. We completed waterproofing projects such as the World Trade Center, Gaultier Plaza, Heart Hospital in St. Paul, as well as the Norwest Tower, 8500 Tower among other projects in the metro area.

Despite a long history in commercial waterproofing, residential construction remains our main focus. Through the years we have diversified our operations to continue to meet the demands of today's builders. From waterproofing precast plank garage floors to developing the most advanced above grade insulation protection system in the amrket, with two locations and 37 years experience, Waterproofing, Inc. remains the industry leader.
